Undiscovered Legacy of Guru Rimpoche
The wangdue sacred place was Blessed by Guru Rinpoche himself and is considered to be one of the sacred places associated with him. According to the local tradition, the Wangdue sacred place is the place referred in the famous Barche Lamsel ( Removing the obstacles on the path ) prayer in the verse which beings གཡའ་རིའི་གནས་ལ་སྒྲུབ་པ་མཛད། (g.ya'ri nags la sgrub pa mdzad) and goes up to the line འགྲན་གྱི་དོ་མད་བདུད་ཀྱི་གཤེད། (....'gran gyis do mad bdud kyi gshed).
